About Holistic Physical Therapy
What makes Holistic Physical Therapy different?
The purpose of holistic care is to empower the patient to take an active role in their health. So often in western medicine, a patient is given several prescriptions, or even surgery, to reduce pain or mask symptoms but does not address the underlying issue. The result is a chronic condition that becomes frustrating and expensive for the patient, forcing dependence on specialist advice instead of understanding their own bodies.
At Holistic Physical Therapy, the therapist and the patient collaborate to get to the root cause rather than only masking symptoms with medication. If a patient has underwent surgery, PT facilitates ideal healing and restoration of normal tissue with normal function.
All appointments provide one-on-one care with undivided attention. The result is a customized care plan focused on the patient’s unique lifestyle, symptoms, and goals.

“I love helping people, especially those who have run into brick walls in the past with their care. I am most pleased when I can help someone never need PT again. Self-care, education, improving a client’s body awareness are all part of my individualized treatment.”
