You’ve reached the point where you’ve been told you can return to normal activities, but your body may be sending mixed signals. Even everyday movements—getting up from the floor, coughing, sneezing, or simply moving through your day—might feel different than they used to. If that’s the case, I want you to know you’re not doing anything wrong.
I created this course to help you understand what your body needs during this phase of postpartum healing. While many changes after birth are common, ongoing leaking, pressure, or discomfort are signs that your body is still asking for support. Healing doesn’t happen by ignoring those signals—it happens when we respond to them with intention and care.
In this course, I’ll walk you through how to reconnect with your pelvic floor, core, and bladder in a way that supports everyday function—not just formal exercise. We’ll focus on restoring healthy patterns so your body can feel stable, supported, and more like itself again.
The lessons are broken down into small, manageable pieces so you can absorb the information and apply it in real life. My goal is to help you feel confident in how your body is healing and empowered to make choices that support long-term pelvic health.
In this course, I’ll cover:
• How to check in with your abdominal muscles and understand what they’re telling you
• Simple changes to bladder habits that can reduce leaking and urgency
• How to reconnect with pelvic floor muscles and restore normal function
• Supporting ongoing tissue healing, including the pelvic floor
• How to safely progress daily movement without creating strain or pressure
• Recognizing signs that your body needs more support—and what to do about them
This course is about listening to your body, honoring the healing process, and giving yourself permission to move forward thoughtfully. You don’t need to push through symptoms to be strong. Healing happens when your body feels supported and understood.
Let’s focus on helping you feel comfortable, confident, and well in your body again.
