I know how easy it is in the fourth trimester for your own healing to take a back seat to caring for your newborn. I’m here to remind you that your health matters too. Your body just did something truly amazing—birthing a baby through a very narrow opening in your pelvis. While that’s an incredible feat, it can also be traumatic to the pelvic floor, core, and nervous system.
Perineal tearing, core weakness, leaking, pain, and feeling disconnected from your body are all extremely common. If you experienced tearing during birth, please know this—you are not alone. Nearly 80% of women experience some degree of perineal tearing. And on top of that, your core muscles have been stretched for nine months and don’t simply “bounce back.” They need to be gently retrained.

In this course, I’ll keep things short, simple, and realistic—because I know you’re busy. My goal is to set you up for maximum healing by teaching you the foundations of postpartum self-care in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

In this course, I’ll guide you through:
• Supporting proper pelvic floor and perineal healing
• Activating and retraining your core muscles for strength and stability
• Calming your nervous system so healing can truly occur
• Reducing leaking of urine or gas
• Checking for and promoting closure of diastasis recti
• Understanding what’s happening in your body right now—and why

Education is powerful. When you understand what your body has been through and what it needs next, healing becomes possible. We’ll start with the basics and build from there—at a pace that respects your body and your season of life.

I’m really proud of you for being here and taking this step in caring for yourself. Let’s jump in and get you started.
