Birth is powerful—and so are you. This course is designed to help you feel confident, prepared, and supported as your body gets ready to do something incredible. If you’re feeling a mix of excitement, nerves, and what-is-my-body-about-to-do energy… you’re in the right place. You got this, mama!

Together, we’ll break down what’s happening in your body and give you practical tools you can actually use during labor and delivery. No overwhelm, no fear tactics—just clear guidance, reassurance, and body-aware education that helps you work with your body instead of against it.

What you’ll learn in this course:
• How to properly relax and contract your pelvic floor muscles
• How to breathe, relax, and push without holding your breath
• Which birthing positions can reduce strain and support less tearing
• How to prepare the perineal body for labor and delivery
• The stages of labor, so you can recognize what you’re experiencing and know what’s coming next

Understanding what’s happening allows you to soften, let go, and allow birth to unfold—rather than tensing up in the unknown. This course is here to remind you that your body is capable, intelligent, and worthy of trust.

You don’t need to “power through” birth—you can move through it with confidence, awareness, and support. And we’ll be right here with you every step of the way.
